Nostalga Goes A Long Way

President Bush must be starting to think about his legacy about now. I mean his polls are in the toilet, the Middle East hates us, and he has anti-war protesters following him everywhere. How will the people of America think of him.

My own view is that he is both stubborn and a man of principles. He never admits he is wrong and will stick to his guns no matter what.

He jumps then finds himself on the defense quite often. His grasp of the english language has not improved much, but heck, most people don't talk good.

He is probably starting to figure out what to charge for a speech. But what could he talk about? How to start a war without cause and stay even when you are losing? Hmm. Needs more thought. How about how to milk a tragedy for all its worth? Or, How to create an atmosphere of fear so you can take away civil liberties?

Bill Clinton gets about $100,000 per speech, but no one would pay that for GWB, since he has not learned to have fun with his speeches yet. Maybe he needs to unwind and just say what he really thought for once and that would raise his pay scale, but that won't be until Jan 20, 2009. Damn, we have a long way to go.
